Cream
1 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cup firmly pressed brown sugar
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
Add and mix
2 Eggs
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon maple extract
Add and mix
2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
Add and mix
6 cups uncooked oats
1 bag peanut butter chips (10 oz)
Spoon a sizeable teaspoon of dough onto greased cookie sheet and bake for ~12 minutes at 350°F or until golden brown. Makes about 96 cookies.
